What the form collects

The request asks for what the plumber needs to call back: name, phone number, the town, and the description you write of the job. Standard technical logs record the sender's IP address and timestamp for security monitoring, the same as any web form.

Who sees it

The plumber your request was routed to. Nobody else: no data brokers, no lead resellers, no other plumbers, no marketing lists.

How long it's kept

Requests are kept as long as they're needed to run the service, then removed.

Your choices

Don't submit the form if you don't want the callback. To have a submitted request deleted, ask through the contact form. This site runs no advertising trackers, analytics beacons, or third-party cookies.
